Sum Hing Carton Box Factory has been in business in Hong Kong for more than 30 years, we mainly produce carton boxes, cartons (commonly known as cardboard boxes). The materials are single-pitted, double-pitted, triple-pitted, small-pitted and white paper, customers can customize the size and printing from us.

Hong Kong Paper Products: 40 Years of Eternal Quality, Inheriting the Immortal Spirit

Sum Hing Carton Box Factory is one of the few local paper mills in Hong Kong. Its founder, Mr. Wu, prides himself on producing high quality carton boxes that not only embrace Hong Kong’s historical sentiment, but also bring superior quality to each and every one of our customers. With the spirit of “Think Outside the Box”, the company has gone through 40 years of ups and downs, witnessing the ups and downs of Hong Kong from its inception in the 70s to today.

Times are changing and we are growing in the midst of change. Originally, Sum Hing Carton Box Factory was not a carton box manufacturing company, but a transformation of Sum Hing Wooden Box Factory. In the 1960s, Hong Kong’s economy was growing rapidly and the manufacturing industry was booming. Mr. Wu’s father founded the Sum Hing Wooden Box Factory, specializing in the production of wooden boxes, which were mainly used to contain red wine. However, in the 70’s, the industrial environment of Hong Kong changed, and Mr. Wu and his father realized the changing market demand, so they decisively transformed the wooden box factory into a paper products factory. Mr. Wu and his father realized the change in market demand and transformed the wooden crate factory into a paper products factory. With the excellent quality, the factory successfully won the trust of customers.
However, the good times did not last forever. Starting from the 1980s, Hong Kong’s manufacturing industry gradually declined, and many local factories were relocated to the Mainland.
